Dr. Reddy’s, one of India’s leading pharma companies, wanted to put all its patient-centric innovations under one umbrella initiative. These innovations are in the areas of patient counselling, reminder services, financing for expensive medicines and user-friendly packaging.
In Purple Health, we created an internal platform for on-going patient-centric innovations. We developed this sub-brand with Phantom, an ad agency based out of Bangalore. Distilling the magnetic essence of the brand into the core value of ‘Empathetic Engagement,’ the idea was captured in the baseline ‘Care, beyond the pill.’
This initiative came on the back of a complete rebranding exercise done by the client and part of our task was to work within the parameters of the new brand guidelines.
