Counselect is India’s premier provider of secondments since 2018. They needed a rebrand to reflect their evolution from filling talent gaps to offering comprehensive, multidisciplinary solutions for legal departments. The goal was to position Counselect as a leader in legal innovation while staying true to its mission and values.

Our Approach

We began by delving into Counselect’s vision for the sector. Through in-depth discussions with clients, professionals, and the team we identified key pain points in traditional recruitment and the evolving nature of work in the legal industry. This led us to craft a new brand narrative that emphasizes an integrated approach to innovation.

Visual Identity and Visual Language

We designed a new logo featuring the breve sign, symbolizing the fusion of diverse disciplines and the transformation of traditional legal roles.

The crucible dauntlessly withstands searing temperatures, facilitating the fusion and amalgamation of disparate elements, birthing entirely novel substances. Here it symbolises the interdisciplinary brilliance that converges to forge innovative outcomes.

In line with the point of view of Counselect, the visual language was extended to the website. It uses colour gradients to illustrate how solutions seamlessly blend, reflecting Counselect’s new-age approach. The agile and dynamic site showcases their expanded suite of services and their forward-thinking philosophy.

The rebrand positions Counselect as a pioneer in legal innovation, ready to lead the legal sector into the future.
