In the realm of social change and innovation, an idea took root—a vision inspired by the work of Rohini Nilekani. This idea sought to empower those in the social sector, equipping them with the transformative power of mediation. With this powerful tool, they could unearth creative solutions to the most contentious and deeply rooted problems. And so, Kshetra was born—an initiative dedicated to nurturing uncommon ground and forging a path towards mutual betterment.

Our Approach

As the team behind Kshetra embarked on their mission, they turned to us to distil and define this nascent idea. We delved into the essence of their vision, seeking to capture the spirit of unity and collaboration that lay at its core.

Core Insight, Brand Positioning, and Naming

From this exploration we crafted a two-word positioning that encapsulates the guiding principle of Kshetra—the pursuit of mutual betterment through integration of differing perspectives. With this powerful ideal as the North Star, we named this initiative ‘Kshetra’. The name evokes the vast possibilities and the fertile ground where transformative solutions take root.

Today, as Kshetra embarks on its transformative journey, it strives to foster dialogue, unearth innovative solutions, and pave the way for a future where mutual understanding and collaboration reign supreme. It is a remarkable opportunity, where differing perspectives become the catalyst for transformation.

Visual Identity

The visual identity brings the name alive. The logo subtly hints at two ends of a field, of Kshetra, bridged through mediation. The elements represent the harmonious convergence of diverse viewpoints.

The website explores a visual language that is a combination of illustrations and photographs. The illustrations are used to depict people and situations.
